This policy covers The Learning Clinic Pty Ltd Training Workshops, Seminar, Group Programs and similar pre-paid events. 

(Please refer to your paperwork or contact The Learning Clinic for details related to the cancellation policy for individual ABA programs)

We rely on an accurate attendance count to make important staffing and material arrangements for our workshops, seminars and groups. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no shows. Please take this into account when you sign up for a workshop, seminar or group program.

The Learning Clinic Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop , seminar or group program for any reason, including not meeting minimum registration requirements. If The Learning Clinic cancels a workshop, seminar or group program; paid registrants will be given full refunds.  Rescheduled workshop information will be posted on The Learning Clinic website at thelearningclinic.com.au and emailed to registered participants.

For training workshops and seminars:

If the participant withdraws (in writing via email to info@thelearningclinic.com.au) more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start time of the workshop, the registration fee can be used as a credit for another training workshop of the same or lesser value within 6 months.

Workshop/Seminar registration is transferable to another individual should you choose to withdraw.

For group programs:

If the participant withdraws (in writing via email to info@thelearningclinic.com.au) more than 1 week (7 days) prior to the first day of the program, the registration fee can be used as a credit for another group program of the same or lesser value within 3 months.

Group program registration is only transferable to another individual at the Directors’ discretion. A meeting will be required (at consultancy rates) to determine suitability and placement .
